Frontend Development Engineer

Position Scope:

The position is within Agent Vi’s Frontend Development team, which plays a major role in the company’s video analytics solutions. Daily activities involve the design and actual development of the frontend components for the company’s products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in software development
  • Experience with Angular 8
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Experience working in a Cloud environment
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript \
  • B.Sc. / BA degree in computer sciences or similar scientific areas

Advantages:

  • Experience with working on Linux – Big advantage
  • Experience with Docker containers – Big advantage
  • Backend development capabilities (Go)
  • Experience implementing large scale web applications in cloud environments (GCP / AWS)
  • Experience with unit test tools like Mocha/Karma/Jasmine or other
  • Experience in Video or Multimedia applications

Other:

  • Good communication & self-expression abilities in both Hebrew and English
  • Ability to self-study and work independently

Customer Support Engineer

Position Scope:

This position is within Agent Vi’s Customer Support team.

Daily activities and responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Support Engineer in the Customer Support team
  • Provides post sale T1 and T2 product support to customers and technology partners globally
  • Supply chain (certificates, licenses)

 Required:

  • Experience in providing software product support for international customers
  • Proven experience with IT / networking – 4 years minimum
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, WAN/LAN at an administration and basic design level
  • Capability to solve complex problems associated with Microsoft Windows
  • Experience with Linux terminal
  • Business/ technical English at high level
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and writing
  • Ability to work from home during night shifts
  • Willingness to travel abroad (20%)

Advantage:

  • Experience in handling high profile international customers
  • Background in video analytics and/or video surveillance systems
  • Additional languages
  • Required Experience: 3-4 years
